“The perception of control is the largest blind spot we have as humans.” Tom Pearson - June 15, 2009.
If we all knew how little control we have over our own life’s it might scare us. Sure, we can control our micro-climate however you can’t control wars, diseases, financial meltdowns or mad men. What really changes our lives are not the things we think we control like who we marry and where we live. It is the car accident that kills your child or cancer that strikes your family or the layoff decided by other people.
These are the things that really change our lives. We must realize that we don’t control the big things that happen in our lives, we must bounce with the ball.
